At this point, there is no known link between ejaculation and athletic performance- except that a regular and healthy sex life supports heart health, which obviously supports athletic performance.
Also, the small temporary changes within the body in testosterone levels are not known to have an impact on athletic performance.
So if anything, maintaining regular sexual activity is best for overall health.
