I've got bit of a painful problem down below that I'm worried about and is hurting and I could really do with some advice please Sad

I've been with my boyfriend almost two years, we were both tested a few months ago and we were both clear.

I started getting sore quite often after sex (unprotected - I'm on the pill) about 6 ish months ago and since then, but we never really thought it was a huge problem until it started hurting loads the last two weeks or so. I had a look 'down there' with a mirror and just inside my vagina towards my bum I had an inflammation that was painful when touched and slightly itchy.

Then a few days later I started feeling more pain in other areas down there and could feel like a spot type thing up towards my bum. I've had these before but they normally go after a few days so I've never worried but since then I've had another two ish show up in the same area, and they're very painful. I'm having to wear very loose knickers so that it doesn't rub as much as I have discomfort down there even when I'm not moving and when I go to the toilet it absolutely kills when the pee touches these spots and every day it feels like down below is hurting even more than before.

I also have what feels like a slight tear on the bit around my bum hole which also hurts when I pee and totally kills when I do what comes from that hole Smile

Any idea what it could be? I'll have to pop to the doctors when there's a woman doctor in which will hopefully be next week but if someone has any ideas then it would help greatly for me to be able to research it online.

Thanks for your help.
