hey i'm 17 too,i was *just* 16 when i gave birth. The best advice i can give you is try not to panic, sounds hard but no matter what you've got to give birth to the baby and panicing isn't going to help anyone! Don't get upset if things don't go the way you imagined or wanted it, i planned a drug free water birth but due to unforeseen circumstances that couldn't happen, i didn't dip so much as a toe into the water and ended up having a pamergan injection so my body could cope.

You wouldn't be human if you wern't scared sweetie! I planned my labour and birth to a tee,but it just couldn'thappen that way, notmy falut or the midwives fault it's just because i wasn't diagnosed with epilepsy at that point. Go ahead andplan your birth but keep in mind hat you might chnage your mind or it might have to change but wither way you getyour baby at the endof it.
My sister on the other hand, her births happened exactly to her plan,it depends on the person, the baby, the pregnancy amongst many other things but the most imposrtant thingof all is to keep anopen mind
