hey, im 11 and i've had sex b4fore with my last bf,
We were at a party and we by accidentaly got locked in the bathroom, so we had sex. We learned bout condoms but we didn't think that they were necessary. So my question is WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Did you at least use condoms the second time? I can't even imagine an 11 year old getting pregnant.

i dont think i even knew HOW to have sex at 11..much less any details about it....i'm pretty sure I was still playing with dolls that young...I don't think this is something you should do again until you DO know what to do and what the consequences can be...11 is waaaaaaaaaaaay too young..i really cannot even imagine how the heck this happened...personally, I think that you should wait...until you are older...and have at least had sex ed..i hope you know what a condom is..and how to use it...i hope you know that if you dont use it you can get pregnant and have a kid or an STD, how would you get a job to support the kid? ..you have to be 15 minimum to get a job...and thats if you get lucky...are you ready for that? Sex is not something to be taken lightly...I think you should wait

hey I was about that age
I was about that age when I lost mine at a party. Nothing cool about it.
Now that I'm older it sucks. '

my boyfriend freaks out once in a while saying how can I trust you... you werent a virgin when i met you. (he wasnt either}

If you keep it up...
Guys will think your easy
Girls will think your a promiscuous person.
All future relatioships will be hard to keep.
Trust is hard to get.
You will at some point in your life wonder what if I get an std
Do i have and std?
And could i be pregnant?

I think you should try to get with the guys that want you even when you say no to sex... Have you heard of becomeing a born again virgin?

A few answers:

Not using protection has tons of consquences.

1) You could get a life-threatening STD like HIV/AIDs.
2) Even if you haven't started your menstrual cycle yet, you can still get pregnant, and it could be (what I believe they call) an atopic pregnancy, which is also life-threatening.
3) It forms a bad habit, so when you are older you won't be safe, and one or both of the above could happen to you later on.

It will affect your image and what people will think about about you, I am 18 years old, I can say I am not very proud of loosing my virginity when I was 16, I would suggest becoming abstienent, or investing in some condoms.

EDIT: An atopic pregnancy (I believe) is where the baby is concieved in the fallopian tubes. Also think, a baby might sound awesome now, but when your 18 your "baby" will be 7 years old.

You need to go to your school nurse/guidance counselor/personal doctor/planned parenthood clinic to ask about how to be put on birth control. Or, if you aren't scared of your parents' reactions, ask your mom.
Once you start having sex, you will need to see a gynecologist. They make sure everything is ok and that you aren't harming your body.
I strongly advise you to get some condoms. You can get them just about anywhere and you don't have to be a certain age to buy them. Planned parenthood will actually give them to you for free.
Can you imagine getting pregnant at 11???
I got pregnant when I was 21, ten years later, and it's still hard! Raising children is a constant strain. It's a strain on your other personal relationships, a strain on your emotions, your physical body, and strain on your nerves.

Plus, you wouldn't even be able to get a job for 5 more years.
You still have 9 years of school left, you're not even in middle school! You must be in what, the fifth grade?
How old is your boyfriend?
What kind of parties are going on where there are 11 year olds having sex in the bathrooms??
Where are your parents?

Honey, you need to use a condom. Even though it may be really appealing to not use one its still really important that you use one. I know first hand the consequences of not wearing one. Like a lot of people out there I thought that something as serious as getting infected with a STD would ever happen to me.... it did and it happened this year at 17 years old. I had been to a gynecologist before and its standard (at least in the place i go to) to be tested for it. My results were always clean. I happened to go to the gynecologist a few days after I had unprotected sex with my new boyfriend. I get the examination, i leave and then a few days later i get a phone call and my doctor tells me i have clamidia. It was the worst experience of my life receiving that phone call. It was even scarier when i had to call up my boyfriend and tell him to get tested too. Fortunately clamidia is curable if caught in time, you have to take antibiotics that can be pricey without insurance. My point is you might not think something like that can happen to you but IT CAN and IT WILL if you continue the path that you are on. If you ever need sisterly advice you can always message me. I too lost my virginity when i was young (14) it was not a smart decision on my part but i cant go back in time and change that so i have learned to accept that mistake and learn from it. So please Resse use a condom. Dont end up making the same mistake i did and put urself at a high risk of catching an STD or getting pregnant. Guys will say anything to get into your pants and if they are young they probably wont get tested as often as they should and have probably had multiple partners before you so theres always that possibility they contracted something from a girl they slept with and didnt get any symptoms of anything so they probably thought they were clean. Resse, go get tested and while youre getting tested ask for condoms or go to planned parenthood. If youre gonna continue to have sex, use the condoms.

I think personally, you shouldn't continue to have sex at all...you really are too young...enjoy your childhood and don't worry about boys and the pressures they put on you right now..you should still be having sleepovers with girlfriends and talking about how boys have cooties and such...don't use that as a ploy to get a guy..trust me all you'll end up with is a really bad reputation and NO respect...and of course stds...

What do you need to do? Well first off, do you get your period? If you do, you could be pregnant. Yes, even after just one time of sex, and certainly after two.

1. Stop having sex. You're too young, period.
2. Go to a Planned Parenthood, your school nurse, someone. You need to talk to an adult so they can help you. You're in a seriously dangerous situation that is way, WAY over your head.
3. While there, get Plan-B if there is still time. The doctors will know. This is not something you can handle by yourself. You are a child.

Tell me about it. My daughter is about to turn 11! Shocked I can't even imagine her being mature enough to have sex. Scary stuff.

i remember, i was 11 and we had just gotten our first "sex ed" class i think..if 11 is when you're in 5th grade...sex itself wasn't even covered just information about periods and what to do when it started etc...if I'd seen a boys tool at 11...i wouldn't know what to do with it...maybe i was naive...i was a late bloomer, i wasn't allowed to go on a real date until i was 16....still...11...wow...maybe its the horomones these meat people are putting into the cows to grow faster then the kids eat it and develope faster and have raging horomones before they even hit puberty....just a thought...haha

Also, I'd like to throw it out there that even if she's never had her period in her life, she could get pregnant. It is very possible that her monthly cycle was just starting around the time she had sex and her first period would be due in two weeks without her knowing it. She very well could be pregnant regardless if she has had one or not.

Has she had the twins yet or is she currently pregnant with them? Did she go into preterm labor? Were there any complications? We'd love it if you could share your story; hopefully it'll encourage others to think twice about having sex at this age (or at least encourage protected sex).

I just dont understand
Why are kids having sex so young??? This really blows my mind. When I was 11 I obsessed with horses and would get SO giddy and shy if a boy even smiled at me I barely new what sex was and was just learning about my own body...If you just learned about condoms and did not think they were necessary, this shows you’re not mature enough to have sex. Wait, it is a beautiful thing to share with someone you love. Not just a pleasure seeking recreational habit. This is why STD's and unwanted pregnancies are at an all time high. I suggest waiting until you learn more about sex and protecting yourself...One question though. How old is the boy you had sex with...Is it even possible for an 11yr old boy to get an erection?

I'm with you heybaybee..i didn't even really know what sex was at 11...just about the only thing I "knew" was that " it was something you do when you get married bc you love each other"....i didn't ask any other questions haha..and as for boys...pfffttt at 11? really? i mean, i had crushes and stuff but as for boyfriends..no way, like i said..i wasn't even allowed to really date until 16...i cannot even comprehend an 11 year old doing that or even knowing HOW to..i didn't loose my virginity until 19 to my boyfriend..who i'm still with(2 years in a week! Smile ) also..how the heck does an 11 year old get pregnant? i mean..i've heard of periods starting earlier bc of the steroid and what not in the meats nowadays but 11?! for real?! I was a late bloomer, didn't get mine until 14...but wow...11? craaaaazy...if i EVER found out my child..at 11 years old..was doing anything more than kissing a guy...i'd probably put a chastity belt on that child and lock away the key until she were at least 16...come on now..really

Getting your period at 11 isn't that crazy. I got mine when I was 12.
