I got ill at work on Monday Went home and realized i had the stomach flu.

Vomiting and diarrhea and then slept most of the day and most of Tuesday. Ate a small bowl of cereal and banana and that was about it for the day.

today I have returned to work, still not feeling 100% and do not feel like eating. I do get tired from walking and also believe I am just getting over a sinus infection.

Any suggestions? I have been sick more this year than ever before since being a kid.
