My sister (10 year old born premature) had a one off seizure two nights ago. She has had no history of seizures but when she was 10 months old she had an episode with semi paralysis of the right part of the body, which on medication got cured... Her CT scan reports say "ILL DEFINED HYPODENSE AREA SEEN IN LEFT CORONA RADIATA, CAUDATE NUCLEUS PUTAMEN AND INTERNAL CAPSULE... A TINY CALCIFICATION SEEN IN LEFT PUTAMEN"

The EEG and blood reports are normal. Please refer to the link for her CT scan reports and tell me what is the problem and what should be the treatment
