Q: Identifying rash

These rashes recently formed a few days ago. One patch is on my side and the other is across a portion of my upper back. The one on my side doesn't itch or hurt, but the one on my back hurts. Trying to see if I need to get it checked out. I'll post some pics if I can figure out how. Thanks for any help you can give.

UPDATE: Think I figured the photo thing out. Hope this works...
