Hello, I just want to share what happened to me today. i'm hypoglycemic since i was 5 years old. Today I eat breakfeast at 8:00am good one, and have a snack at 10:00am (1 orange, 2eggs), but at 11:15am I felt horrible and tested myself and my sugar level was at 66. I can't understand why goes down so quicky after a meal. And what I'm supposed to eat in order to stabilize my sugar level. can anyone help me.

The orange may be the culprit
Catita,
Drop the orange, it has too much sugar and absorbs into the blood stream quickly. Eat an apple instead and this may fix that sugar drop.

Keep in mind adjustment takes a few months.
