Ickyy feeling

Hi, So for that last few days around dark time i get really skakey i get a headache and i feel weak i then take advil.. whaat is causing this?

My mom was also tell me about this disease i might have. her doctors daughter had it.. It something about me sweating alot, skipped monthly periods, mood swing, bad acne breakout.. we are going to some kinda specialist soon but she said it had to do with like too many hormones or something.. i would like to know more about this. what is causing it?
