3 month ago, I started feeling discomfort in my upper part of my stomach, I have a feeling that the upper part of my stomach is very tight, it is a bit relieved with warm drinks like soups. I only feel pain when it is pressed. I do not feel any kind of pain or vomiting. I was told that I have H. Pylori after a blood test. I developed a symptom of burping which I did not have. Now I am told that I have IBS. I feel gas after drinking or eating, which creates a rapid heart beat, coldness in my parts, weakness, depression, and an urgent need to burp after which I am normal. Sometimes I feel bowel movments and noise. I hardly eat, I eat cucumber, drink apple juice, yohgurt. I do not eat 3 meals and hardly complete a meal. I was 38 KG and now I am 34 KG and I am 167 tall.
I am diagnosed with GAD and OCD too would this have an impact on my situation. I am afraid that I have something abnormal in my stomach or abdomen. What shall I do.

Have you had a colonoscopy? The IBS could be causing these symptoms. Have you changed your diet at all? You should be able to find food that you can eat that will not irritate the IBS. Stress can also cause the symptoms to worsen. Here is a website with good information about IBS. I hope it is helpful!

Your OCD could be impacting on your IBS. As above, lowering stress can improve IBS. You could consider eating non-starch polysaccharides (more legumes, leafy vegetables, etc).

Did they do a endoscopy for the H pylori? Do you eat rarely because of your symptoms?
