had ibs for many years now and most of its miserable symptoms but my worst problem is if i have a poor bowel evacuation and i know i am not fully empty i get a burning sensation in the right hand side of my guts that spreads all over and especially to the cheeks of my face almost like hot and cold sweats feeling that as the hours go by becomes almost unbearable.Can anyone out there identify with this.
