IBS symptoms???

I was diagnosed unofficially with IBS last year, I'm still due a couple of examinations to rule out anything else, but the doctors have told me they don't think its anything other than IBS but its best to have them just incase.

I have got pain under my left rib. It feels like its on my bottom left rib not under it and it varies from sharp, to dull, to really sore, to mild. I also have stomach aches in lower stomach, and a fullness in centre of upper stomach, and feel sick. I was wondering if these were symptoms???
