Hello all, I am a 32 year old female who was diagnosed with IBS back in Feb. I was getting used to it until 2 weeks ago when it started getting worse. It does not matter what I eat or drink I am in the bathroom 2 min. later. I guess my ? is, is that normal? I mean I can go 20 times a day! And, it looks like I am pregnant and my stomach is hard. I was gonna go to my Dr. but, I think it would be a waste of a 100 dollar office call. I told myself I wasnt unless I have pain or blood in it. And, I dont. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

Extremely eHealthy
It is important to get tested for celiac sprue since it is a frequent co-occurring condition with diarrhea predominant IBS.
Patients with celiac sprue have persistent diarrhea accompanied with weight loss, flatulence, weakness.
People with diarrhea form of IBS is better to avoid bulking agents use, since it increases the abdominal discomfort and bloating.
This group of IBS sufferers could found relief from using the drug, known as Imodium, and calcium supplements.
Try to find certain food triggers!

Best wishes!
