I'm a 24 year old male who was diagnosed with IBS 5 years ago. Lately it has been worse though, constant bloating, lower abdominal pain, decreased appetite, diarrhoea, excessive sweating and dizzyness (during bouts of diarrhoea), flatulence, headaches, fatigue. I've had a look at my diet and it tends to be worse when I eat eggs, dairy or wheat. I was told by the dr I saw that it was quite common for a person on the autistic spectrum to have problems with those. glance What should I do next? I'm fed up of feeling ill all the time. eek

Then I would stay away from eggs, all dairy (except goat dairy) & all wheat products.
