periods were early than expected for my partner..so we decided to have unprotected sex on the 3rd day of her period and ejaculated outside and not in her.we had protected sex on the 4th day and had an i pill within 72hours from the 3rd day..after that no sex..but what i observed was that she was secreting some brown mucus kind off a thing.we had sex before her periods as well but all protected.after having an i pill almost after 5 days she vomited and now presently after almost 15days she is secreting lot of mucus time and again.before i thought that the brown secretion would be because of the chocolate flavored condom we used.but after reading some information about brown secretion on net i got very tensed..i would like to know is she pregnant?? what are the chances of her getting pregnant?? according to me as per my knowledge she is safe..

Am I Pregnant Answer A30611
Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
If she was during her fertile days or ovulation time at the time of sexual intercourse, chances of pregnancy are possible. The recent symptoms could be attributed to the high dosage of hormones contained in the emergency contraceptive pills or even pregnancy. The brown discharge could also suggest pregnancy, hormonal changes, infections etc. Her normal periods would be delayed or altered due to the high dosage of hormones. Wait and watch for her periods. She should visit her doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation if periods are missed or abnormal, or if she suspects chances of pregnancy. If pregnancy gets ruled out and if you intend to remain sexually active, you should consider getting her started on suitable regular birth control measures to be protected (after her periods). She should be regular with birth control use as instructed. Avoid having unprotected sexual contact and avoid repeated use of emergency contraception.
Take care.
