There are no studies to prove that sperms can pass through the clothes. If the fabric is very thin or lightly woven (with large gaps in between threads), and there is vaginal wetness present, it will allow and facilitate passing of sperms (wetness and vaginal fluids aid in allowing sperms to swim through to reach the uterus and tubes in search of egg to fertilize it). If you were close to/or in your fertile days/ovulation time (time of egg release from ovary) at the time of intercourse, the chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out. Missing periods for more than 10 days along with increased vaginal discharge without associated symptoms of infection could be suggestive of pregnancy. Consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for examination and a blood HCG level test would help in confirming/ruling out pregnancy. Blood HCG tests are accurate and can detect pregnancy as early as 11 days post conception. Urine pregnancy tests take longer to show positive results, and can also show false negative results due to less concentration of pregnancy hormone (HCG) in urine during early pregnancy.
