Hi. So, I had sex with my boyfriend about four weeks ago. We used a condom but as soon as he penetrated me, the condom popped. we noticed about 30 seconds into the sex. I immediately got off (i was on top) and 5 minutes later I went to the bathroom to pee. He didn't "finish" and I'm pretty sure there wasn't any of the "pre-stuff." After a day of debating, i took Plan b 36 hours after the condom breaking. Is it possible that I could be pregnant? Because as of right now, Feb 1st, now my period is late. I've only taken Plan b one other time before this but 8 hours after the condom breaking and my period was not late. Also I'm not experiencing any of the pregnant symptoms. just to be sure, I'm going to take a test if my periods a week late. helpful info would be nice Sad

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Since you had taken Plan B within 72 hours chances of pregnancy are rare as it is about 98%effective and causes pregnancy in few cases.Due to the hormonal changes because of Plan B intake periods might be delayed.Wait for your periods for a week.
If you do not get them within 10 days then kindly visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.

Take Care!
