For about 5 yrs now i've been dealing with an anxiety problem, i was put on xanax & i saw a psychologist for about a year and a half.I saw major improvement. But recently i've been experiencing more and more attacks. And they keep getting worse. I keep getting new symptoms recently, such as chest pains, racing heart, and dizziness. And these attacks come out of no where! Also last week i started to experience tightening in my throat. I thought perhaps i was experiencing a possible allergic reaction, although i never had allergies. I just do not know what to do. I feel like im useless. I feel like i can't do anything, such as work! I freaked out at work just today, i felt dizzy and my throat was bothering me like crazy, and i tried to remain calm so i wouldn't trigger an attack, but i ended up feeling so sick and i got an attack. I just don't know what to do. is it allergies causing my throat irritation or is just my anxiety. Im just unsure, i would deeply appreciate your advice! thanks
