i used cytotec, There has not been any bleeding...

I have been pregnant five times. i used cytotec each time to induce abortions. the fifth one was just some months ago. I feel i am pregnant again. The at home test i run, both read negative. I however have the usual symptoms when i am pregnant; aching nipples, headache, nausea and restlessness. I therefore decided to take the pills again. I took the usual dose; take two and insert two. that was over six hours ago. There has not been any bleeding except for some abdominal ache and uterus cramping i guess. What do you think is wrong with me? Is it possible i am not pregnant?
