i touch my belly button, my handsitch like crazy

for the last 20 years every single time i touch my belly button, IMMEDIATELY both my my hands, ( actually its between my ring finger and middle finger on BOTH hands) itch like crazy. Ive even made my belly bitton bleed and both my hands bleed' I have a callous on each of my hands between my fingers. Serious callouses. Thishas become a big problem emotionally cuz i just dont understand!!!! Is there nerves that are attached to each other there?????
