I took 7, 45 mg capsules of iron. Will I be okay?

hey there , did u take 7 of them all at once, if yes why? well the normal iron supplement i have is 65 mg per caps. you took 315 mg ! My guess is that you took an overdose ..dont do that again..at least talk to your parents or see a doc ...I learned that you CAN take too much Iron and that isnt good for you...sorry I just relized it says ferochel Iron, but I am guessing it is stil the same iron?
