Q: i think im pregnant

ive been only havin cramps on the left side of my body but im suppose to get my period april 11th. could i be pregnant or could it just be cramps?

That is not really a 'common' symptom of pregnancy. It could just be cramps, but to be sure you should wait and see if you are late/miss your AF around the 11th. If so take a HPT.
