About a week ago i started feeling very sick and where my uterus is, from the outside it feels hard to the touch. i have been on the depo shot for a little while now and i got my shot yesterday. also i have had allot of bleeding until about 3 weeks ago. so the two questions that i have is could i be pregnant? and if i am could the shot have hurt the baby?

im really scared because I have already had one child who is now 1 and im only 19. can you please tell me if it could be, and if it isn't what it might be that's going on.
