Friction during sex causes little cuts and tears on the penis, vagina or anus. The virus uses the openings tiny as they are to get into the bloodstream. It does not matter if you are in for a second, if there is an opening and if HIV is present, the infection will occur. It is recommended to wait three months from the point of infection to get an accurate test result. I hope you didn't catch anything and I hope more importantly that you have another test and change behaviour.

When you visit a tattoo parlour, ask them to show you how they dispose off their used needles. Ask if they use new ink for each person. It seems you did not ask those questions but you must have observed if they were doing the healthy things. Good for you for going for Hep and HIV tests. I am glad they were negative and I hope you go for the same tests again at the three months mark. This will bring you peace of mind (I hope) and it will also confirm your last results. You cant get it from smoking after someone else, not threw bongs, pipes or blunts or joints...once it hits the air it dies. Get tested again for your peace of mind, then you can let it go and be safer in the future. Good Luck.
