I think I have Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

I have swollen lymph nodes on my neck (right behind the ear) The right node is more swollen and really firm. It hurts very much. Four or five mounts ago I notices a little lump on the right lymph node, I told my mom and she sad that it's nothing, and maybe is from an insect bite. A mount ago I noticed another lump on the same lymph node but near the tonsil and it's really firm. I also have other symptoms like: extreme night sweets, fatigue, pruritus, loss of appetite, a lot of headache and I feel like I'm going to faint every moment. I had these symptoms for over a mount. Now my lymph node really hurts and the lump I can't even touch it. It hurts so much. Also I have pimples on my skin full of blood. They are like blood pimples or something like that.. Should I be afraid of Hodgkin's lymphoma??? I told my mother and she said that I shouldn't think about stuff like that, but anyway tomorrow we are going to see our family doctor, to do some blood tests. She doesn't really believes me and she's trying to convince me that it's nothing, but she doesn't know how much it hurts right know. Please write back, it's really important...Thanks in advance
