What are the symptoms of ADHD and when do they first present? We outline the principal characteristics of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder to help you...
EVERY single adult I've ever told, "I think I have ADHD." or, "I have ADHD." says that I don't. All my friends agree. I've also looked it up on the internet, and I have about 80% of the symptoms. (Sleeplessness, can't pay attention, [Big'un!!] Things like Mountian Dew have the reverse affect on you [Make you mellow out.])
I've also told my parents about how I have a lot of the symptoms, but they still say I don't.
I plan on asking my doctor next time I go in for a physical.
And the only time I can seem to stand still is when my brain is fully occupied/stimulated in something.
So, do I have ADHD (or ADD) and how do I tell? Or, even better, how can I know for sure? Is there some kind of test?

Yea, you have ADHD. ADHD doesn't mean HYPER. Its main characteristic is innattentiveness in things that we don't find enjoyable.

If you need to ask then you don't have it, It's something you born with.
