I take 10 mg. of Zolpidem(ambien) each night and sometimes still can't sleep. I got blood tested for a DUI. My blood came back 0.43MG/L of zolpidem detected. My lawyer says I can be charged for a DUI because of this? Is that true?

I would appreciate anyone's opinions on this matter! I'm not sure what to do! I think I can win this case(by jury)because I had a script for zolpidem!

I believe its true but you do have a prescription and took it the night before it sure doesn't make sense to me.
