I havent had my period since mid.october. I was having signs of pregnancy at the beginning on nov. i felt hungry all the time breast were sort of tender, and major bloating. This lasted a few weeks. I thought maybe i was preg. so i took like 4 at home tests and they all were neg. I recently took another and it was still neg. But i still havent got my period. Last night when i went to the bathroom i wiped and noticed light pink discharge so i thought maybe i was starting my period..but i didnt and havent had anymore pink after that. Any ideas on what could be going on?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The symptoms (light pink discharge, absent periods, increased hunger, tender breasts, bloating) that you describe do suggest possibility of pregnancy and you should consider visiting your gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). The tests done very early in pregnancy can show you false negative results as the kits are calibrated ones, so unless the hormone levels in urine reach a certain level, they do not show positive results. Urine pregnancy tests should always be done on an early morning first urine sample to get accurate results (pregnancy hormone HCG is believed to be in highest concentration in this sample, and you should avoid lot of fluid intake and caffeinated beverages in the night before taking the test).
Take care.
