I read somewhere peeing before cleans out left over sperm

I had sex with my gf on 5-18-2012 and her period ended on 5-17-2012. We had unprotected sex for about 45 seconds and then I used a condom. She still hasn't gotten her period (it's been 34 days) I believe. Today is 6-20-2012. Can someone help me? I peed about 10 minutes before and performed oral sex before the 45 seconds. Can someone give me an opinion because I'm freaking out. Also I didn't ejaculate and I read somewhere peeing before cleans out left over sperm in the urethra.
