Most pill packs have a 7 day break because it is safe; doctors and biochemists are very certain that ovulation will not happen in those 7 days, and it fits well with your pill-taking routine. Of course, studies like this have shown that one could extend their pill-free interval to even 10 days and not experience ovulation. It just seems to doctors to simply be "safer" to stick to 7 days.
With that being said, there is a very slim scientific chance that you are pregnant or that you even ovulated at all. Remember, birth control pills work by not only suppressing ovulation, but also by thickening the cervical mucus to prevent an egg from implanting in the uterus. It is generally pretty difficult to get pregnant on the pill if you take it as directed since there are so many things the pill does to prevent pregnancy from occuring.
According to science, you should be fine. Good luck!
