I have tingling in my left hand. The sensation is not constant and seems to depend on how my body is positioned. It becomes intense when I bend from my back and when I sit at my computer, but its not confined solely to these positions. I think I may have a trapped nerve but I dont have any pain. Thanks.

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
If the sensations are brought about by only certain activities and are not constant, then the chances of nerve involvement in terms of entrapment, compression during those particular activities could be there. Consider visiting an Orthopedic surgeon or a Neurologist for a thorough examination. Both can tell you what the underlying problem could be. Avoid activities that precipitate the symptoms.
Take care.
