You just answered your own question. You are going through a break-up, and the loss of your father. These are two of the most devastating events in life that can happen to a person, especially if you were close to your father. I don't feel you need to see a doctor right now. You do need your job and socializing with others to help you through this trying time. When you are alone it is even harder to deal with feelings of loss. Everyone grieves in their own time. Take yours, then try and move on. This road of life doesn't go on forever, so don't waste too much of the adventure. There could be wonderful things waiting for you in the near furture, if you are willing to put yourself out there and find them. Good luck.

when i was at the end of my last relationship i felt like how your feeling now. time heals all things! i didnt see a therapist at the time, but i seen one afterward from the after effects.
if you dont have insurance. you should be able to call one of your good friends and tell them how you feel.
try to take some SamE herbs or something else that helps your mood. though they helps with mild and not server depression, it's worth a try.
