i'm 15 and have a problem, I can't gain any weight, I can see my ribs but have a layer of fat over it, i've tried nearly everything; I jog every week sport 4 times a week, do sit ups, crunches etc . But I can't get rid of it.
can someone help me? i really want to get rid of it
Hi.. A regular jog should help. If you are doing all that you say you are, then there is no reason why the belly fat wont go. Consult a dietician maybe to prescribe you the right foods for your body type.
hi, I have the same problem as well i have belly fat i am mother of two kids weigh 130lbs my waist just increased from 32 to 34 weight is the same. I walk for 30 min 5 days a week but no additional exercise. Somebody help plz.
