Impossible to tell if you are pregnant the day after intercourse. You need to wait for a missed period.

The clear discharge could be a couple different things... My first ideas are 1:cum, from the night before. Esp, if he did not use protection, and you slept afterwards. It probally came out after you got up the next morning.
OR 2: You may be ovulating. There's a thing called "ewcm" (egg-white cervical mucus) This is around the time you, ovulated, or are about to ovulate. And it really looks like raw egg white. It's known as fertile mucus. It's REAL stretchy!
And about m/s (morning sickness) you wouldn't experience that til a WHILE. Some women don't get it at all infact. Some get it around 6 or 7, even 8 weeks along in their pregnancy. And some can experience it earlier, like 5 or so, supposedly. But it would def. not kick in that soon. After ovulation, the egg, if it makes it, needs to start the implantation process. Which I'm not positive but can take anywhere from 5-7 or more days. So you wouldn't know anything quite yet.
I do not know how old you are, but it sounds like you want a baby. If not, I would suggest using protection, or abstinence. Good luck with everything.

It would really depend on when you normally ovulate. The chances of getting pregnant any other time are not nearly as high.

But I agree with rosebud-- you wouldn't be getting symptoms this early.
