I am a 19 year old 5'0 female weighing 110 pounds. I am very small boned and I feel that 110 pounds is 10 pounds too much for me. I exercise everyday, drink water, and eat well. I was recently 125 pounds in January, and managed to lose 15 by eating well but i feel like i'm stuck at 110. Is there any diet pills or anything else that I can safely do to lose these few pounds?
Thank you very much,
Adrianna

Personally i dont think you need to lose any more weight being 110pounds seems to be a healthy weight for your height. Continue with the healthy eating and exercise plan you have. Keep up the good work Smile

if you kept exercising and stopped losing weight 110 is probably a good weight for you. besides that, there's a lot more to being healthy than how much you weigh. Muscle weighs more than fat, and takes up less room making you look slimmer even if you weigh more (not to mention it increases your metabolism). No one has to ever know how much you weigh but how you look is something everyone sees.
