Honestly. Do 20 -30 mins workout each day. Even enough to break a good sweat. (elliptical, treadmill with fast pace walk) Even though you are a vegetarian, you should find a way to get protein in your diet. Make sure you get enough calcium and Vitamins ( C & D) .

If you keep up the exercise and healthy eating, I can guarantee you'll see a difference in your weight. Hope this works Smile

Like the above poster said, just do 30 mins of running everyday and you will see improvement, but just remember it is 60% exercise 40% diet, cant get fit with a lot of exercise but crap diet, and vise versa.

What I would recommend is 30 mins of running or some other form of cardio, paired with weights every 3-4 days, lets turn that fat into muscle!!! Very Happy

Don't just get fit, get ripped in the process.
