i'm 19yrs old and im 164cms tall ,i weigh 87kgs......i need to lose weight right NOW!! so plz help me by suggesting suitable exersices and diet...and also i'm a vegetarian.....i'll b ever greatful to u!! thanx!!
Honestly. Do 20 -30 mins workout each day. Even enough to break a good sweat. (elliptical, treadmill with fast pace walk) Even though you are a vegetarian, you should find a way to get protein in your diet. Make sure you get enough calcium and Vitamins ( C & D) .
If you keep up the exercise and healthy eating, I can guarantee you'll see a difference in your weight. Hope this works
Like the above poster said, just do 30 mins of running everyday and you will see improvement, but just remember it is 60% exercise 40% diet, cant get fit with a lot of exercise but crap diet, and vise versa.
What I would recommend is 30 mins of running or some other form of cardio, paired with weights every 3-4 days, lets turn that fat into muscle!!!
