dont worry, for now enjoy your time together. im mexican and my boyfriend is honduran. if your mexican you know what i mean. but my parents arent judgemental. they absolutely love my boyfriend, because they see hes a good guy, not shallow minded or macho lol they dont really care wat he is. for a while i wasnt introduced to his parents tho, but he decided on his own time, and everything turned out pretty well.

point is you shouldnt worry too much right now, but if things do get more serious, deffinately make it clear that youd like to be introduced to his parents. i know your scared you wont make a good impression ( unfortunately other ethnicities think were lazy, with no future. etc. actually...unfortunately every race thinks badly of one another Sad i had that experiance once already...needless to say the relationship ended.

if he realy likes you or loves you and is willing to make an effort, not care what his family thinks. he.ll introduce you in his own time. but if he doesnt he just doesnt care for you enough.

blame their culture!
i had a korean bf! I guess you don't know anything about their culture. Let me educate you. Korean elders dislike interracial marriage, even interracial relationships. They want to have grandchildren of their own kind because they are just few. Yes nowadays there are lots of interracial marriages in Korea but a lot of them are still conservative and unyielding to accept change. Marriage between two couples doesn;t only consist of two people! it is consists of two families. So even just having a foreigner gf is a big no no to them. That's the main reason why your bf hasn't introduce you yet to his family because he is trying to protect your relationship. When worse comes to worst his family might ask him to break up with you and move. Would you like that to happen? Your bf probably just doesn't want to tell you that fact for your own good. Don't push him. Time will come and he will. Don't make such a big fuzz out of it. Yes at first you would think it is unfair... but think of the consequences... it doesnt mean that he is not proud of you or not faithful to you... even when Korean guys have a relationship with a Korean girls they don't introduce at once though they had been together for years, it's because when you introduce someone in your home it means you planned to get married to that person SOON! Take it slow... enjoy your time with each other... It'll be worth it.

Asian boyfriend
I'm white and my boyfriend is Vietnamese. I don't think his family has a problem with me...I get along with his siblings pretty well, and his parents are always really nice to me. But I have a white friend who married a Chinese guy, and his mom actually told him things would be easier if he had married a Chinese/Asian girl. It probably just depends on the family and how traditional they are. Like hotlipz said, they may want to keep their race going pure and strong. But that can really be said about any race. It just depends on the family.

Good luck with your relationship! And like hotlipz said, just enjoy being with each other.
