Every day i go from, seriously depressed, feeling really bad about myself, really low self esteem, and most of the time suicidle, to angry, where i abuse everyone i care about, to hyper, where i can't concentrate, think straight, and have too much energy, and can't sit still for over 30 seconds, is it something to worry about?

I agree with Paul. It's time to make an appointment with a psychiatrist. You've made the first step in identifying you have a problem.

Raven,

When people suffer from depression, anxiety, or any mental illness they don't know why they feel that way or why their moods change so suddenly, it just happens and it's not easy to control. Sometimes it's a chemical imbalance or it can be genetic. Many people suffer because of a traumatic experience or abuse.

I understand that wendy, and as you said in your last statement, it could be because of a traumatic experience or abuse, which is why I asked the question. Sometimes when people are hurting, they want to talk about it, which is the reason for these forums. Just trying to get alittle more information from the poster so I can better determine the how best to answer his/her question.

I'm sorry. I understand and that makes sense. I was just reading into it differently.
