Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Chances of conception are high during the ovulation period which is usually 9 to 16 days of cycle counting day 1 as starting day of period.Have regular intercourse during that time. While doing intercourse keep a pillow under your legs.Sometimes it takes few months for woman to conceive.
If still you are not sucessful in conceiving then get your hormonal evaluation done along with USG scan and also your partners Sperm analysis.Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.

Take Care!
