Hi, I have been off all methods of birth control for over two Years now. I had unprotected sex where the pull out method was used three days before my period (I know for a fact we are both clean so my concern is not STD's here). I then came on my period. Every day over the past week I have felt dizzy and sick, I not due on my next period for another two weeks, from what I know about ovulation etc the chances are pretty slim that I could be pregnant but could this still be possible?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If you are not on birth control measures, and if your ovulation/fertility has returned after stopping with birth control use, then being sexually active without protection around ovulation time can result in pregnancy. If you are pregnant, the period that you describe could be decidual bleeding. Wait and watch for your next periods. Look out for development of any new symptoms. If periods do not start within 10 days of expected period dates, or if you get abnormal periods, or if you suspect chances of pregnancy, consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
