Well sometimes food makes me nauseous when I go to look for something to eat as a snack too, all I can tell you is to eat without looking at the food, it's not as hard as you think especially if the television is on or your on the computer.

its just that your pregnant. the baby is probably rejecting a certain food you could be eating or some kind of digesting problem. go to a docter. if your vomiting or lactose intolorant stop drinking milk or anything that would give you an upset stomach or gas.

They shouldn't call it morning sickness, they should call it ALL the frikkin time sickness. When I was pregnant, a character in Supernatural made me throw up on my mother in law - not just food.

It will go away after 3 months... Just keep eating snacks throughout the day as well. Baby needs nourishment.

I've got the worst sickness! I can barely bring myself to eat, if you haven't heard, there's a tablet your doctor can give you to stop sickness, or some things that help sickness is flat lemonade, dry crackers or dry toast. I get morning sickness all the time and these help a bit !! Also don't avoid eating, it only makes it worse, have small meals throughout the day and just eat slowly Smile
