Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If you had been regular with the birth control pill use, chances of pregnancy can be ruled out. Wait and watch for your periods. Chances of pregnancy resulting due to contraceptive failure and semen spill cannot be ruled out completely. If you miss your periods or if you develop any other new symptoms, or if the symptoms persist, then consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation and assistance. If pregnancy is suspected, go ahead with getting a blood/serum HCG test done to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately along with examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body).
Take care.
