I have tingling in fingers memory issues. Muscle twitches no appetite and get light headed what can cause this?

These symptoms can be caused by anemia vit B12 deficiency, iron deficiency and electrolyte imbalances. Lastly neurological problems such as polyneuropathy, multiple sclerosis, alcohol withdrawal wernicks encephalopathy can also cause symptoms like that. You should do Complete blood count blood smear, serum electrolytes iron anf vit B12 level, MRI brain and spine, nerve conduction studies can also be done.
