Hello and welcome to e health forum.

Since you did not have unprotected intercourse, and there was no form of exchange of body fluids, there is no chance of contracting HIV or any other form of STDs.

The symptoms described are very nonspecific and do not help to make a diagnosis. They are most probably due to anxiety and stress due to feeling guilty.

In addition, hand jobs alone, do not cause HIV infection.

Hence there is no need to be worried.

The best way, to clear your doubts and anxiety, is to undergo a ELISA test for HIV antibodies. This test , done after 1 month of the exposure , would give a accurate and valid information regarding your HIV status.
