lol, why are you taking pills you don't know what are? let alone what they will do to you. why don't you ask the person who gave you the little orange pills what they were? there are crazy amounts of little orange pills did it have any letters or numbers on it, was there a "K" punched trough it, did it have a line across it to break..etc I highly doubt they have anything to do with the headache, the testicles or the legs but would help to be certain if you knew what the pills were? no adderall (dextroamphetamine) does not shrink your penis however for some people regular use or abusive use of any amphetamine can cause impotency (ie...cant get it up)at least while your using the drug, I see this frequently in Methamphetimine users and Cocaine addicts. Probably best you ARE scared a little because that it's a scary thing to do.
