About a month ago I switch BC pills to Lo Loestrin FE. I have missed several pills. I am supposed to get my period next week. On Monday I started brown spotting, then Wed, and again today. It was very minor. I had cramping Monday and Wed. I have been exhausted, weepy, a decreased appetite, food aversions, and vivid dreams. Could these be side effects of the pill or pregnancy?
