i have lumps on my left foot

Hi i have got 2 lump's on the left side of my left foot,the first 1 is just under were my little toe end's, and the other 1 is underneath that they are not overly hard ,but are now getting quite painful i went to my doctor and they said unless they get any bigger,there is nothing wrong iam now worrying what is wrong its hurting and is getting bigger ,some one please help im only 22 and seem to have a lot of thing's wrong with and i don't no why xx
