I have an infected tooth/ swollen face?

i have, what im pretty sure is, and infected tooth. It's the right, front tooth. Its broken and rotting. My tooth and the surrounging mouth is very sore. And the whole right side of my mouth is swollen. It makes my face and head hurt. I do not have medical insurance, nor can I afford to go to a dentist or oral surgeon. I will probably go to the hospital to get antibiotics tomorrow. However, it will most certainly happen again. I have a few bad teeth that take turns getting infected. Is there anything i should be worried about? And is there anything i can do to avoid further infections? Or remedies to help the symptoms? thank you
