I have a sore on my chest. It isn't raised, it is fairly smooth except for being slightly rough around the edges. It's a pale yellow in color. I don't notice any type of smell coming from it and there doesn't seem to be any puss. If I remove the yellow scab like cover, it's just an open sore. Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
It is difficult to comment on the cause for the sore that you describe without examining you. Consider getting it examined by your doctor/healthcare provider to look for the underlying cause. Avoid any self manipulation. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination findings and investigations results) would be started to help you. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/ healthcare provider and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
