I have a lump at the bottom of my left lung. What does that mean? And I have been feeling pain there as well. Also, my body has been making really weird noises inside, almost as if I can hear everything that goes on during digestion. Is that normal. Thank you!

I hope you go to a doctor and get this checked out. It could be so many things, it's not wise to guess.
